Chefs Joshua Mason & Lukas Hamilton have over 30 years of combined Michelin-starred restaurant experience, working under and influenced by such chefs as Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, Brad Farmerie, Joseph Humphrey, and Sean O’Toole. Joshua is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. and Lukas from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas, they specialize in French, Italian, and California cuisine. Chefs Joshua & Lukas consistently create innovative recipes and menus, implementing seasonal farm to table ingredients and modern techniques.

Today, Chefs Joshua & Lukas serve as owner/partners of Palate Private Dining, based in Napa. With their joint expertise and attention to detail, their mission is to create a dining experience where every client truly sees and tastes the difference.
