Chef Nate Smith is a Bay Area native who discovered his calling for the culinary arts at a young age. At age 15 he began taking culinary classes to gain extra school credits while working at a local French restaurant.  Since then, he has earned a degree from the C.I.A. and has worked under a plethora of highly regarded chefs including David Kinch and Michael Mina.  He takes inspiration from his travels, frequently visiting France and other parts of Europe to refine his knowledge of the culture and cuisine.  He is currently at the culinary helm of Blossom Catering
